DOT Physicals
We provide DOT Physical Exams to certify that commercial drivers meet FMCSA medical standards.
Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied to your total.
As certified medical examiners, we submit results to the National Registry and, when applicable, to your state driver’s license office.
Please bring:
Valid photo ID
Current medication list
Any required medical documentation, such as CPAP compliance reports, A1C lab results for diabetics, or specialist clearance letters.
